There are some solutions you can use to bypass this kind of protocol error, including:

 

- Clear cookies and cached files of Google Chrome.

- Clear DNS cache on your Windows PC.

- Reset and renew the local IP address of your computer, or device.

- Reset and clear SPDY socket cache, as well as socket pools.
